Rose of Mercy is a welcoming, creative safe place for Tattooers, Artists, and clients of all genders, ages, races and religions. Based in the heart of East London, in the cultural melting pot of Hoxton Street.
Rose of Mercy houses some of the most exciting emerging and established Tattooers in London. Our mantra; Always in Bloom, Bloom in All Ways, the ultimate aim is to encourage creativity in our artists, clients and the local community.
